Liz brings over 25 years of senior living experience to her role. From opening the first Claiborne community to leading large-scale HR operations, Liz blends people-focused leadership with operational savvy. She oversees all HR functions, including payroll, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, championing a positive workplace culture. Liz lives in Mississippi with her husband George and is a proud mom and grandmother.​
