Tempus: The Claiborne’s Signature Dementia Care Program

Memory care supports people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, with the safety and structure that can make daily life feel more comfortable. A secure setting, familiar routines, and meaningful activities help residents stay connected and supported. At Claiborne Senior Living communities, our memory care program is called Tempus.

Dementia is a broad term that includes Alzheimer’s disease and Lewy body dementia, among others. Tempus means time. Since dementia can change how someone experiences time and reality, our team focuses on meeting each resident where they are, with patience, dignity, and compassionate support.

Our trained Tempus team provides personalized support to help reduce anxieties and encourage meaningful engagement. Activities are purposefully designed for those living with dementia to foster a greater sense of community and belonging.
