For the Existing Resident: If a referred prospect moves into the community within 180 days of a referral form submission and all other program requirements are met, a referral reward credit of $2,000 will be applied to the existing resident’s account after the 45th day of residency. The existing resident or family member making the referral becomes a member of The Claiborne Club for one year. Semi-annual exclusive events are hosted for The Claiborne Club members where additional awards may be provided.

For the Referred Resident: If the referred resident has financial responsibility of their apartment for the minimum of 45 days and maintains no outstanding balance on their account, a credit of $1,000 will be applied to the newly referred resident’s account.

The Claiborne Club Eligibility Requirements for Existing Residents:

• The existing resident or family member making the referral must complete the referral form online for the referred prospect. Failure to submit a completed form makes the referral ineligible for the program.
• The referred prospect must be a new lead.
• The referred prospect must be private pay.
• The existing resident must be in good standing with no outstanding balances.
• Respite stays are ineligible.

The Claiborne Club Eligibility Requirements for Referred Residents:

• The referred prospect must be a new lead.

• Upon moving in, the referred resident must have financial responsibility for 45 days with no outstanding balance on their account.
