As the National Director of Engagement and Dementia Care, Jules provides support, inspiration, and training for life enrichment, memory care, and the psychological approach to dementia care through Claiborne’s signature Tempus program. Her dedication and passion for the senior population are evident through vibrant resident programming, uniquely designed and engaging memory care neighborhoods, and person focused approach to resident care thru organic processes.
Ms. Johanson-Jones is a passionate and goal driven professional with 23 years of dedicated service to the healthcare industry with a combined background of resident programming, memory care design, program development, operations, business development, public speaking, industry specific marketing, census increase, and retention campaigns.
Jules is an alumnus of John A. Logan College and Southern Illinois University with an educational emphasis in Radio and Television, Marketing and Public Relations, Strategic Communication and Leadership. She is also certified through the Association Montessori Internationale and holds several other dementia related certifications. Ms. Johanson-Jones has previously held the positions of Vice President of Engagement, Divisional Director, of Resident Programming and several senior operational positions.
Jules is married to Daryl Jones and is the mother of 3 biological and 2 Bonus children, whom she shares her passion for adventure, outdoors and living life to the fullest each day! She currently resides in Illinois just outside of St. Louis, Missouri.
