February 1st 2017 – The Claiborne Retirement Communities today announced that two of its properties, The Claiborne at McComb and The Claiborne at Thibodaux, partnered with HeartLegacy® for video marketing and family engagement technology.
A unique amenity for senior communities, the HeartLegacy technology solution showcases senior communities and connects residents with families through video.
Claiborne communities, part of B.M.G. Senior Living, leverage HeartLegacy for video marketing, social media outreach, staff video profiles, resident video messaging, legacy preservation, and family engagement.
The Claiborne at McComb and The Claiborne at Thibodaux will utilize HeartLegacy to address lead generation, resident engagement, and family connectivity initiatives. These two Claiborne communities are the most recent of several B.M.G. properties to implement the HeartLegacy service.
