Memory Care Coordinator

The Memory Care Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations and the provision of quality care to residents living in The Blake Memory Care Community. The Memory Care Coordinator hires, trains, supervises and schedules staff members. The Memory Care Coordinator alerts the Director of Wellness when a resident has a change of condition. General responsibilities include: coordinating services from dietary, maintenance and housekeeping departments; maintaining a clean and attractive environment; ensuring state and federal regulations are maintained; ensuring staffing levels remain above state regulations; utilizing the VIGIL dementia system to maintain a secure and safe environment; ensuring residents enjoy daily activities that are structured and well organized.
