My name is Susan Tenai and as the Executive Director, my primary responsibility is overseeing the daily operations of our community, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care, and that we maintain full compliance with all relevant regulations. I am also responsible for managing the community’s finances and leading a dedicated team of staff members. One of my key priorities is ensuring that our staff is well-trained, motivated, and equipped to provide exceptional care to our residents. The most fulfilling part of my role is witnessing the positive impact of our efforts on both our residents and our team. It’s incredibly rewarding to see residents engaged, happy, and thriving, as well as to build meaningful relationships with them and their families. Achieving our community goals and fostering a culture of care and excellence gives me immense satisfaction and motivation each day.
