• The Sales Specialist is responsible for the promotion and support of the sales goals of the community you work within. They will report up to the Director of Sales. The primary responsibility will be lead/inquiry management and cultivation of potential residents. The Sales Specialist will actively participate in the daily sales community efforts: including but not limited to conducting new lead discovery, inquiry follow up, event organization and development, tours and outreach referral management. All employees for BMG must have a passion for helping seniors and assisting the ongoing efforts to create a first choice experience for our residents.
