• The Dishwasher/Steward is responsible for assisting the kitchen manager and Director of Dining Services. Responsibilities include prepping, serving, plating, stocking, cleaning and assisting with inventory control.


  • The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving food in a manner consistent with Blake Management Group’s standards of excellence. The cook is generally charged with preparing and plating meals on a day to day basis, but will also be required to assist with any and all dining events such as family gatherings and special occasions/holidays. Success of this position will be measured by resident satisfaction, organization, consistency, cleanliness, quality of work and timeliness in preparation.


  • The Server is responsible for coordinating table service for residents and communicating with front and back of house personnel. The Server will also be responsible for insuring that all residents received gracious hospitality and prompt service as prescribed by company standards.
